Every subscription is double opt-in: you ask, then confirm from your inbox. Contacts added by our team through an import are only added when someone can show how and when you agreed; otherwise the import is held for review and no letter is sent.
One letter a week, in the language you chose. Occasionally a short note if something changes about the letter itself. No sponsored messages, no third-party mail.
Every letter carries a preferences link and a one-click unsubscribe. Pausing keeps your place for a chosen number of weeks. Unsubscribing is permanent and immediate — your address is suppressed so it cannot be re-added by an import.
Replies to the letter are read by a person. Nothing you write is published or quoted without asking you first.
We never sell or share your address. Open tracking is approximate and privacy-affected; we treat those numbers as weak signals, not facts.
